Real-time alerts

Hi, I have 2 clients who have requested the ability to have real-time alerts when specific keywords are being mentioned with all the results, as opposed to alerts only when volume goes up by 0.1% every hour.

Sampling Exported Results

Would be great to be able to sample exports for larger searches given that the max is 200k. E.g. a click-down on the export that says "random 1,000 sample", "random 5,000 sample" etc.

Ability to batch upload terms from an excel

This is mainly a speed issue as excel can create the term combinations quicker with less mistakes that manual input. It will also lead to a greater methodological approach that can be challenged.

Automated Tagging

Can we create automated tagging based on rules. e.g. When the word delay is mentioned, it is automatically tagged as delay category? This is possible on Brandwatch, Synthesio and Crimson to my knowledge and people love the feature
