News Monitoring Template - Add Export Options for All Charts

Currently, not all charts are exportable individually in the New News Monitoring Template - it would be great to be able to do this in line with the other Dashboard Templates' functionality.


Those that aren't exportable are:

Top sites ranked by Reach
