Currently the link with TikTok does not pull all videos and data through, meaning search volumes are usually low for historic data pulls - this has an impact on brand monitoring and certain services that we can offer.
Thanks Ryan, we've been evaluating other options to boost our TikTok coverage and we'll keep you posted on any progress that we make regarding this. Rest assured it is in our plans to improve TikTok coverage on TRAC.
