Add more color, streamline process, take the guess work out of things. Your boolean is alot of work, I have used boolean throughout my entire career and never had to use some of the operator you have like AND NOT I have always just used NOT. Also when using New trac the preview function should provide an preview similar to old TRAC. This product is not the easiest to navigate and figure out. Comepeitorts like Meltwater and Talkwalker are easier on the eyes and designed for the user. Also TRAC IS SLOW. How can you speed up the results?

Also, when deleting in new Trac the report does not disappear from the results. It does sometimes but often I am spending time deleting bad results multiple times until it disappears, but it does not always go to the trash it just remains there.
