Currently, you can 'edit data' and remove unwanted words from a sentiment or emotion word cloud under the relevant content insights tabs This functionality isn't available when you add the standard word cloud to a dashboard. You can rebuild the word cloud using custom charts, but this is quite cumbersome when the functionality already exists in the platform.
