A client has instant alerts set up on mutlple panel searches, but it's only relevant now as there is activity they need to be aware of, but once this finishes, they want to be able to pause/stop the alerts without deleting them
they dont want to be inundated with emails, but dont want to delete them and have to try and remember to recreate the same way for the next activity
