A client has requested greater flexibility when exporting shortlists. At present, shortlists can only be added to reports and then downloaded as PDFs, which makes further editing time-consuming.
Feature Request:
Enable shortlists to be exported directly as editable Word documents (.docx).
Add an option to include AI summarisation within the export (e.g., automated summaries of key themes, mentions, or sentiment), so users can quickly adapt and build on the content without manual rework.

Would make shortlists more actionable and versatile for client reporting.
