Add "unknown" and "processing" arguments for language and countries on the API

This would allow for API queries to match platform queries with "unknown" and "processing" geographic attributes. Additionally, this would help when pulling data from sources without geographic data and with geographic data at the same time.

Give the dashboards a higher resolution

I would like to be able to export dashboards and have them be crisper and a higher resolution. Right now, when you export a dashboard, the resulting report is very faint and difficult to see.

Dashboard reporting comparing time periods

It'd be useful to understand if mentions, sentiment etc has increased or decreased over a fixed time period. E,g, when reporting, it will help understand growth/decrease on a MoM or YoY basis.

Volume over time options

When viewing and exporting volume over time data, it would be helpful to be able to choose whether you would like this daily, weekly, monthly etc.. Currently I have to trial different length time periods carefully and compile data from them all.

Performance of keywords in search set up

It would be so helpful to see which keywords are bringing back the most (and least!) mentions. Searches can end up very long and messy so being able to cut out the least relevant terms would help to make the overall syntax easier to read and write...
