When you update a search, it would be good to firstly have a pop up that alerts you to the way this will affect any existing data in a domain dashboard (i.e. explaining "this will not compliment the data rather than replacing it").
Secondly, it would be then useful to be able to specify which version of the search[es] you are viewing in the dashboard, so you can for e.g. choose to look at all searches combined, or exclude a prior or current search, etc.
