Ability to set 'unknown' as country in search set up

This helps for when clients want to capture everything around a brand/hashtag etc but we've missed something because it hasn't been geotagged correctly.

    Hi Richie,

    This is planned for Q3, but firstly we need to do some research on how feasible this is across the various data sources we have on TRAC.
