In a tracker's audience dashboard, it is most likely the majority of an audience is "unknown" gender, yet on the treemap for Top Bio Keywords - Volume, only either male or female words are included, if the data source allows for gender distinction (e.g. Twitter). Therefore top bio keywords by volume excludes a large, even predominant, portion of the audience so the audience summary doesn't represent the full audience.
At the moment, I find more use from bio keywords on the gender breakdown treemap but would like to see a treemap of overall top bio keywords throughout the entire dataset, regardless of gender and with no color differences.
I haven't yet used the other views in the audience dashboard (country, city, segments) for the same reason, because they exclude portions of the audience. Would love to see a more representative audience dashboard that includes volume data for all users, in addition to the demographic percentages.
