Many clients and colleagues presume that the circular symbol that appears next to searches in TRAC that are collecting real-time data is actually a "buffering" symbol that means data hasn't loaded & is still being collected.
This causes confusion and in some cases has delayed work, where people have presumed the data collection is not complete.
As part of the new UX for TRAC, please can this symbol be updated to remove confusion? thank you
