Often, our team wants to capture a combination of posts from specific countries and Unknown locations (e.g., since 88% of global Portuguese speakers are in Brazil, we can assume that Unknown location posts in Portuguese are highly likely to be relevant to a Brazil-focused search, as long as they are not tagged with another country). Currently, the only way to accomplish this is to pull in all global data and then filter out the other countries—which can weigh heavily on data allowances when working on certain high-profile topics (such as an English-language TV show).
