Hello, I don't think it makes a lot of sense for the report to just be in pdf format. We should be able to submit a report to our head of comms where she can click on the top tweets by engagement or the keywords depending on sentiment or emotion for example. The way that pulsar is set up so far is that the user is the only one who can really see what's going on rather than who he or she is reporting to.

In addition to insight democratization for the broader team and client, our requirement would be realtime/live dashboard access for Pulsar non-users and as embeddable live link for realtime event/crisis monitoring.
