Client feedback suggests (especially consultancy clients) as they work on a project / client basis, where there are lots of searches for a particular project, it's hard to navigate to relevant searches easily. Although specific naming conventions can help, when there are a lot of searches it can still seem a mess for clients. Easily understand which client/project they need to dive into with dropdowns etc for the relevant searches within
