Update to Auto Archiving Policy

Hi team! Can we please reevaluate the rules around Auto Archiving? We have quite a few research clients that need to revisit data that has been collected, only to find that their searches are gone. It's not clear that the searches have been archived and any data older than 2 years is then deleted. This has caused issues for clients in the past who need to reference old data. Is there a way to auto archive after 6 months of non-use, or send a notification when a search is about to be archived so a client can keep it active if need be?

Hi Linda, yes something at Team level could work, thank you!

Thanks Anna and Megan - we can review the policy for auto archiving searches. It will be probably be something we enable at Team level. Would that work?

It would also be great to have a "do not archive" toggle such that searches that run every year (e.g. Halloween) are not automatically archived when in fact they are waiting to run again!
