Currently, Boolean logic in Pulsar only provides for EXCLUDING specified domains. Very often brands and agency clients require monitoring of specific domains requiring greater granular detail than can be provided via a Panel search. For example, ongoing share of voice against a competitor set in a predefined list of priority publications. Or topical / industry analysis of trends in a proxy set of outlets or authors. Platforms such as Cision provide an INCLUSION boolean operator as (url: xxxx). This is used in conjunction with NOT to exclude specified domains.
At the moment, the workaround for Pulsar is to either run a Panel search (with does not provide for Boolean logic - separate suggestion), or apply a filter to a Topic search - which is clunky and results in mention noise.
