Split up engagements on CORE

The client has asked that we split out engagements on CORE, such as total likes, saves, comments, shares etc. instead of total engagements. Seems to be something they can do in similar tools and could be a deal breaker.

Add Additional Data Usage Email Alerts

Could we add email alerts for when domains hit 90, 95% of data usage? Multiple alerts will help clients stay on top of data usage and know when to take action to pause searches.

Select date range for brand overview metrics

Hello, right now the overview page, we can only view the past 7 days. Can we have a feature to select a different time frame instead and that would be very helpful for our clients to use that overview page with the metrics.

Daily Reports on Dashboards that cover the past 24h of data (as opposed to the last 7 days).

Let's implement another scheduling option in TRAC dashboards where a report can cover the past 1 day of data in the search as opposed to the past 7 days.

Tag all matching engagements

On All Results view, when selecting a post you can see all matching engagements collected in the search. It would be so valuable to be able to select all of these engagements and tag them, rather than going one by one or requesting Dev involvement...

Folders for Searches

Our biggest clients are creating a large volume of searches, those that do find the drop down menu for the different searches very cluttered. We should allow users to create folders, which different searches can be added under.
