We could add a lot to the user experience by giving increased powers to define how each user uses the platform.
Currently it is quite a standard experience regardless of user - enterprise clients need more flexibility to manage their accounts effectively.
Recommended suggestions:
More flexibility with user permissions - Super Users should be able to define what searches users can view, if a user can create a search but not launch data, how much historic data each user has access to
Report on the amount of historic & realtime data used by each user
User account creation - Super Users add email address of new users, automated email sent and users create their own account. Creating someone's password is not a good UX
