Allow filtering and overriding for Tagalog/Filipino language

Posts show up as Tagalog language, but it is not an option for filtering or for overriding language when erroneously categorized.

Perhaps the issue is that not all sources have a Tagalog language category. Twitter and Reddit do, but Facebook does not (shows up as Unknown in TRAC). Maybe this is because Facebook's language options label the language as Filipino rather than Tagalog?
