It would be really helpful to be able to see visuals of posts in Alerts emails and to click-through from posts highlighted in Alerts emails to their original url.
At the moment, the emails only list posts, but there is no way to see them in the platform and cannot click-through to the original post for more context

We've scheduled in the work to review the alerts and make them more intuitive and usable. We expect to kick off the development in March, so watch out for further updates here, or from your Account Manager.

This is something that we have struggled with as well - particularly not being able to link through to the posts. It would be great if this could be implemented as an improvement in the very near future.

We've had similar feedback from other users as well. We'll review email alerts in the future and provide more context for each specific alert.
