It seems that a lot of clients, when they first use clusters, forget how easy they are to build. I feel like a quick pop up, or link to the article even, explaining some very simple cluster building techniques that demonstrate the full range of the tool (drivers of convo, brand S.OV, sentiment etc) would be really easy and useful to incorporate.

We are currently looking into integrating Walk Me into the platform and this will definitely help address this and guide users on how to perform some tasks, like setting up searches and creating clusters, etc. ETA is early Q2.

I have the same issues with clients. We should allow users to have access to a step-by-step online of how to build clusters in-tool and it would make clients much happier.
