Pre-made filters/cluster

Hey,

I find more and more that clients struggle to understand how to build Clusters, and I feel like they find the task too daunting. That why us Account Manager's are there for, to train them on how to do it, but it takes a considerable amount of time.

One way to alleviate this could be to have Premade Filters/Clusters.

This stays in-line with the spirit of the platform being user-friendly and easy to use: it acts as a push in the right direction, almost like a "gateway drug" to using Clusters more. We could identify a set of Filters/Clusters that clients use very often, and have them pre-loaded on the platform when they log in.

This also means that clients can dig through those Clusters ,understand how they work and modify them from there if needed.

Thanks!

Pierre

Thanks Pierre, I'll add your suggestion to our Roadmap candidates and keep you posted on this. Having some clusters templates make sense - do you have an idea of what sort of clusters people would normally want to view? i.e. Gender split, Share of voice, Sentiment split, etc.

    Thanks

    Linda

    Hey,

Gender Split and Sentiment as Pie Charts are often used. We could also
prepare one for Professions, using biographies filtering: for example,
usual ones for my University clients filter for Students, Parents,
    Researchers, Teachers, etc.

I also created a really good Industry cluster for a client, which could be
useful for many others (see below):

I am happy to champion this and audit the Account Management team to figure
out a top 5 for Brands and Agencies, and then give you a breakdown of the
    filters if you'd like?

    Thanks,
    Pierre
