It would be fantastic if we can use KPI Alerts to notify us of Instagram token expiry. If there was an alert criteria for "If Volume falls below [value]" then we could design an alert for when Instagram collection falls to very low volume, or even zero.

We've got some work planned in Q4 to address tokens and this is part of the spec - to make it easier for users to know when tokens expire. It wouldn't be a KPI alerts per se as that's a slightly different use case.
For now, you can currently set up volume decrease alerts for Instagram, and you could take the velocity metric to help assess an average, so you get an alert hourly if the volume drops below that, which could indicate token issues.
