Tweaks to the Trends section in TRAC / be able to customise it yourself

The new Trends feature in TRAC is great. One of my clients has asked to be able to customise it though, whether that be to have a slightly longer trend summary, or have it bullet point format. Definitely one for the backburner.

Add an empty trash option within TRAC

At present content can be deleted but it will still exist within the trash. Ideally it would be possible to empty the trash to ensure any unwanted content is completely removed from a clients domain.
