It would be great to add the following functionality for the media monitoring use case:
1) Create a share of voice chart by media reach (currently we can only do it based on volume, but PRs - and senior execs - will care more about understanding how many eyes have been on their coverage rather than sheer volume of articles)
2) Create pre-set media lists (eg. trade, consumer, scientific/academic, news/business, nationals, regionals) as filters. Online news can often generate a lot of volume and noise in a dataset; so being able to quickly filter out coverage will help PR users focus on the press that matters the most. Usually volume isn't the goal, the type of media coverage is more important.
Thanks Lucy, the ability to create custom charts based on other metrics that are not volume makes perfect sense for all use cases. I will add this to the backlog for future consideration. The media lists functionality is PR specific and I understand the use case, we'll also consider this when we plan any future PR work
