Automated Tagging

Can we create automated tagging based on rules. e.g. When the word delay is mentioned, it is automatically tagged as delay category? This is possible on Brandwatch, Synthesio and Crimson to my knowledge and people love the feature

    Thanks, we've got some tagging work in the pipeline for next year and this includes automated tagging. Do you have any clients who have specifically asked for this? So far there we have one client on our radar so if we can see there is a demand for this then we'll prioritise in the coming Roadmap for next year.
