Currently the maximum frequency to receive an alert is hourly. In a crisis, waiting an hour to receive a notification means you're already too late when you respond. This is a major limitation for any organisation using Pulsar for reputation and comms, and is something that's come up for me with both Barclays Bank (instantly DQ'd us from the review for this) and Lloyds Bank in the last 3 months. It's also something our competitors are able to do (confirmed that MW and Netbase offer real-time alerts). Please could we consider real-time alerts or at least alerts that are more frequent than hourly?
