It would be helpful to clearly and consistently identify where an account / team is set up for beta testing / internal use / demo purposes. If the words "beta" or "internal" or "demo" or "test" would be put in the Organisation_Name / Client Name field or in the Salesforce ID field, then we could have a standard way of identifying those accounts.
Or, there could be some other way of identifying such an account, such as with flag indicating a demo / beta / test account.
Many accounts do indicate such things in either the Organisation Name or the Salesforce ID, but that is inconsistent, so a standard practice would be helpful.
Without that, when looking at the account details, it's a guess whether or not the account is a paid client account or not.
That is important to clearly determine the difference when it comes to the usage reports, and whether or not we or the account need to pay for usage / royalties.
